Plans change, and we try to be fair about it.
Free cancellation
Cancel within the free window shown on your booking confirmation and there is nothing to pay.
Late cancellation
Cancellations after that window, and no-shows, may be charged for the first night.
Refunds
Where a refund is due on an online payment, it is returned to the same card or account, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
